| It is unfortunate the I have to include this page on my site. But I find that my work is being pirated. In browsing the web I have noticed that my pictures are being used as advertisements on various web sites from pet stores to individual web sites without my permission. I normally contact the person whose email is listed on the site and they graciously apologize and remove the pirated item(s). However I have run into a few that have told me that they do not care and will not remove the items until my lawyer contacts them which costs me money and time. To defray the costs of this process I have been advised to put this statement on my web site so there is no confusion as to who will be paying my lawyers costs and which court the plagiarist will have to come to in order to plead their case. I will make contact with you once and if you refuse to remove my work from your site I will file the necessary papers in court. |
| This site governed under the laws of the State of New York and it's text and pictures may not be used without the expressed written agreement from Kim's Dolls, and any actions resulting from noncompliance will be settled in the County of Monroe, in the State of New York. The owner of the domain name will be held liable for all legal fees, court costs, and any other fees required to remove the pirated items from the web site in question. Kim's Dolls will pursue the options as stated above to the fullest extent that the law provides. |
